Policies

Payment Policy

We require 50% payment at the time the booking is made. 

The remaining balance is due the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to your refund if cancelled before 7 days. No deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due. 

If there is any damage during the stay, the credit card on file will be charged for the damaged item(s) accordingly.

Pet Policy

All of our rooms are pet friendly for a fee of $35 per pet, per stay (max. 2 pets per room)

Pets are not to be left unattended if you are not at the Hickory House

Any pet damage with be charged accordingly to the card on file

Full House Rental

If the full house is rented out by one group, there is an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Room Service

If a room is reserved by the same party for 5 or more nights, we require a mid-week refresh of the room. 

If you would like daily service, or room service done on a specific day during your stay, please let us know.
