Policies

We require 50% payment at the time the booking is made.

The remaining balance is due the day of arrival.

50% of paid prepayments will be refunded if canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier.

No refund if canceled within 5 days of arrival.

No damage deposit is due.

If there is any damage during the stay, the credit card on file will be charged for the damaged item(s) accordingly.

All of our rooms are pet friendly for a fee of $35 per pet, per stay (max. 2 pets per room)

Pets are not to be left unattended if you are not at the Hickory House

Any pet damage with be charged accordingly to the card on file

If the full house is rented out by one group, there is an additional cleaning fee of $150.

If a room is reserved by the same party for 5 or more nights, we require a mid-week refresh of the room.
